Using Penske Online Invoices, you can:

Accounts

If your organization has multiple accounts with Penske, and you have access to two or more of those accounts, you are prompted to select an account upon logging in to the Online Invoices application.

After you select an account from the list, the Invoices List subtab displays in your browser, listing the account's invoices.

 

Invoices

You can use the invoice-related tasks to view the overall billing history of an account, as well as view and download details of specific invoices.

The Invoices List and Source Invoices subtabs enable you to view invoices billed to each of the accounts to which you have access. You can sort the invoices based on any of the following criteria:

Questions for Penske

You can ask Penske a question about a whole invoice or an invoice line item. You can view outstanding and resolved questions for Penske on the Ask a ? Log tab. The questions are listed by account and invoice.

 

Preferences

You can use the Preferences tab to view and optionally modify your personal preferences with respect to email notifications that you want to receive when new invoices are posted.
