Using Penske Online Invoices, you can:
review your invoices
assign a review status to invoices
enter notes about individual invoices
ask Penske a question about invoices or invoice line items
download copies of invoices in PDF and CSV (spreadsheet) format
In addition, you can specify whether you would like Penske to email you each time new invoices are posted and, if so, how frequently.
If your organization has multiple accounts with Penske, and you have access to two or more of those accounts, you are prompted to select an account upon logging in to the Online Invoices application.
After you select an account from the list, the Invoices List subtab displays in your browser, listing the account's invoices.
You can use the invoice-related tasks to view the overall billing history of an account, as well as view and download details of specific invoices.
The Invoices List and Source Invoices subtabs enable you to view invoices billed to each of the accounts to which you have access. You can sort the invoices based on any of the following criteria:
Invoice Type
Invoice Number
Servicing Location
Invoice Date
Date Due
Invoice Total
You can also:
assign a review status to each invoice
enter and update notes associated with each invoice
ask Penske a question about a particular invoice or line item
download invoices in PDF or CSV (spreadsheet) format
You can ask Penske a question about a whole invoice or an invoice line item. You can view outstanding and resolved questions for Penske on the Ask a ? Log tab. The questions are listed by account and invoice.
You can use the Preferences tab to view and optionally modify your personal preferences with respect to email notifications that you want to receive when new invoices are posted.
